We are calling the bottle new as it appears to be an unopened 4 oz. bottle of blue-black Penit ink.   The bottle is mostly full, it can be assume that some of the ink has evaporated, as shown.  The condition of the ink is unknown, so use at your own risk.  The box contains the original and unsoiled chamois pen wipe that is advertised.  The top is tight and we were unable to unscrew it, you may or may not be able to do so.  The box is in excellent vintage condition with minimal wear and color fade/darkening, as shown.  The ink will shipped in a ECT rated box and be padded.    Due to the nature of this item, it is not returnable.
