Condition:This classic 1940's era Sheaffer Sovereign II Balance is in very nice overall condition with a great shine on the classic carmine striated pattern. This pen is free from cracks and personalization. The cap and barrel have some surface scratches. The white dot is solid, the clip is firm and has a clear SHEAFFERS stamp. The barrel imprint is crisp and readable, as shown. The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac has been installed, it has been ink tested - this pen is ready to use.
