Sheaffer Balance Combo Fountain Pen Mechanical Pencil - Black
Condition:             
The pen is in overall very nice condition with nice consistent shiny black coloring, there are no cracks or personalization. The barrel and cap have some light surface scratches  The barrel imprint is clear and readable, as shown.  The cap has a firm clip with a crisp Sheaffer imprint.  The cap band and lever are in nice condition, as shown.  The pen side has been cleaned, a new ink sac has also been installed and the pen has been water tested.  The mechanical pencil side is loaded with a piece of lead, the lead advances.  The pencil cone is in good condition, as shown.  There is no eraser.
 
Restoration Work:
  • The cap has been brushed clean
  • Nib and feed ultrasonically cleaned 
  • New ink sac installed with 100% pure medical grade talcum powder
  • The combo has been lightly polished
  • The pen has been water tested
  • This pen-pencil combo is ready to use
