Eclipse Safety - Hard Rubber and Double GF Bands
Condition: 
Very nice condition, with no personalization or cracks.  There barrel has nice color, with some light scratches and hand wear. The lever operates smoothly, has a crisp SAFETY imprint and logo along with some light wear.  The threaded barrel end is in nice condition.  The double gold-filled accent bands are firm and show some light wear.  The clip is firm, it has clear and crisp imprints, there is some brassing toward the top and on the edges. The pen has been cleaned, a new ink sac installed and it's ready for ink.
